The objective of our program is to ensure participants are familiarized with CMMC Levels 1 & 2 Overview, DFARS 252.204-7012 & NIST SP 800-171, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, ITAR / EAR Export Controls, assessment Methodology & Frameworks, scope Validation (People, Process, Technology), control-Level Gap Analysis, artifact Review & Validation, remediation Planning & POA&Ms, engagement planning, Stakeholder Coordination, Assessment Scheduling, Risk & Issue Management, Pre-Assessment Readiness Support, QA/QC of Evidence, C3PAO Interaction Support and System Security Plan (SSP) Defense, Findings Analysis, Client Debriefs, Remediation Advisory, and Continuous Improvement Contributions.CMMC Assessment Specialist
The objective of our program is to ensure participants are trained and equipped with the skills to Review and prepare client documentation to ensure successful pre-assessments and assessments, Document areas of non-compliance and develop remediation plans, Validate system scope (technology, people, business processes) for compliance, Perform QA/QC and validate artifacts and evidence and ensure client success prior to assessment, Validate, and defend System Security Plan(s), policies, and procedures in CMMC assessments, Support and conduct Mock Assessments, Manage customer expectations, internal and external resources, and relevant third parties to ensure engagements are successful, Facilitate post-assessment debriefings with clients to review findings and next steps, Provide expert guidance on interpreting compliance requirements and translating them into actionable steps for clients, Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the laws, regulations, and government-wide policies that govern cybersecurity data protection for the U.S. Defense Industrial Base, Assist team members with client needs as needed, Analyze assessment results and provide strategic recommendations for improving C3’s services, Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies for conducting assessments, and Mentor junior team members on assessment techniques and client management strategies.Associate Compliance Consultant
The objective of our program is to ensure participants are equipped with the skills to support mapping data flows for FCI/CUI, assist in defining system scope (people, processes, technology) for assessments, support readiness assessments against NIST SP 800-171/CMMC L1–L2, collect artifacts, log gaps and actions in POA&Ms, draft and update sections of System Security Plans (SSPs), policies, procedures, and diagrams using C3 templates, organize client evidence in approved repositories, keep versioning and status current, schedule/record working sessions, capture meeting notes, actions, and owners, follow up on actions to keep timelines on track, reach out to team members with questions, escalate risks and blockers promptly, use project/ticket tools (e.g., Asana/ConnectWise), GRC platforms (e.g., FutureFeed/Hudu), MS 365, and Copilot to keep work visible and auditable, apply C3 formatting and naming standards, and ensure deliverables are clear, complete, and client-ready.Compliance Consultant
