As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Mechanical Technician to join our team.About the Role: As an Electro-Mechanical Technician you will install, operate, test and maintain manufacturing equipment, including automated and robotic parts, integral to our solid rocket motor propellant production facilities.You'll know you're successful in this role when you've identified blockers, guided processes to address anomalies and performance shortfalls, met schedule goals regarding installation, commissioning and deployment of components, sub-assemblies, and top-level facilities.To thrive in this role, you must have demonstrated success in mechanical hardware installation, repair, and selection. An aptitude for hands-on assembly and integration is required and is best shown by your work history and passions when off the clock.

Key Responsibilities:Install, operate, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment.Identify and address blockers, anomalies, and performance shortfalls.Meet schedule goals for installation, commissioning, and deployment.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians.Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience with installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and fluidic systems/facilities.Experience with pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, ovens, and precision flow meters.Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD and PDM or equivalent.Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of approximately 5 engineers/technicians.Demonstrated hands-on aptitude for electro/mechanical dis-assembly, assembly, and troubleshooting.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Must be a US Person as defined by § 120.62 of the ITAR.
