MACHINIST TECHNICIANALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLYWe are hiring Machinists for both our CNC and Manual Machining departments. Available positions include: CNC VTL, CNC Mill, Manual Mill, Manual VTL, ID/OD Grind, Tool Room Technician, Metalworking Technician, CNC Programming, Machinist Trainers. and Machinist Supervisors. Our Machining department is responsible for the Machining of turbine engine components to achieve specified dimensions. Our customers are worldwide leaders in the fields of aerospace, marine and the land-based industry sectors. The final product must conform to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
Component Repair Technologies
The position of NDT Level I Processor will train in the disciplines of non-destructive testing. This position will be participating in a proven on-the-job training program and the NAS410 structured certification program. The National Aerospace Standard 410 is an industry standard program for the qualification and certification of non-destructive testing (NDT) personnel. Under the guidance of Level II inspectors and the company Level III, exercise the privileges of company certifications to prepare and process parts in various stages of repair using nondestructive testing methods. The primary parts processed will be turbine engine components.This position operates from an all-new state-of-the-art facility with ultra-modern technology and equipment throughout and a climate-controlled environment.Through our extensive in-house training program, (OJT) (NAS410) the successful applicant will be instructed via a series of computer based and hands-on training, the necessary skills and certification credentials for the position.

Visual/Dimensional Inspector: The intermediate level Visual/Dimensional Inspector will inspect aerospace and marine gas turbine engine components for airworthiness and conformance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards during receiving, in-process, and final inspections. This position will verify and validate work performed by CRT and subcontractors to meet specifications in accordance with FAA and other world regulatory bodies.The Inspector position will perform these important tasks from an all-new state-of-the-art building (completed in June of 2023) with ultra-modern technology and equipment throughout. Through our extensive in-house training program, the successful applicant will be instructed via a series of computer based and hands-on training, the necessary skills of the position.
Component Repair Technologies
The Intermediate Level Repair & Assembly Technician will learn to and contribute in performing a wide variety of functions, processes, repairs and finishing to aerospace and marine gas turbine engine components. Standards are in conformance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and company guidelines. Tasks may include hand blending, power grinding, drilling, taping, reaming, riveting, lock-wiring, assembly, disassembly, light machining, and the use of measuring devices.Through our extensive in-house training program, the successful applicant will be instructed via a series of computer based and hands-on training, the necessary skills of the position.The position performs its primary functions in a climate-controlled and modern state-of-the-art facility.
