Mission Omega

Mission Omega provides expertise, resources and support to banks, credit unions, financial services organizations, merchants and technology companies. We serve as an extension of internal teams responsible for fighting financial crime. SkillBridge interns will learn about financial services, fraud methodology, money movements, the regulatory landscape, Reg E, human crime, and customer service. Interns will operate as an independent professional and serve clients as fraud analysts, where they will investigate customer cases and assist with minimizing the fraud risk at their organization.

The Fraud Operations Intern will assist in analyzing and resolving fraud cases while supporting efforts to mitigate fraud risks. Responsibilities include working various types of cases, such as preventative alerts and transactional alerts, and aiding in the resolution of client issues related to fraud through dispute processing. This internship offers hands-on experience in fraud detection and mitigation within a dynamic financial environment, providing valuable insights into the industry and practical skills development. Additionally, this internship will offer ACFE fraud training.
