Job description:
This hybrid role, with approximately half of the schedule spent in the office, focuses on developing both individual team members and the team as a whole through consistent 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and other proven leadership strategies. The position is responsible for ongoing performance and professional development, fostering a high-engagement culture, and strengthening overall team effectiveness. It also supports enhanced executive leadership engagement by facilitating thoughtful, strategic discussions and by reviewing and reinforcing the organization’s strategic plan, vision, and mission to ensure alignment across the team. In addition, the role participates in directed client events as part of the team, helping reinforce relationships and represent the firm’s values and leadership presence.
