Supports the Navy's Above Water Sensor Integrated Weapon Systems (IWS) Product Support Managers on Electro-Optical Infrared and Radar System Development.• Develops reliability and maintainability (R&M) requirements, and uses results of R&M analyses to develop plans to realize a suitable product support strategy that will enable the system to attain operational availability and cost performance metrics.• Conducts System Engineering technical reviews of design alternatives, engineering change proposals, and test data.• Analyzes system/platform integration requirements and technical data to evaluate design suitability in planned operating configurations and environments.• Develops business case analyses to identify the best value product sustainment strategy alternatives.• Forecasts spare part requirements, maintenance activities, and operating costs using R&M models.
