They will learn through job shadowing, on-the-job training, mentorship, online learning and recaps/debriefs with supervisors on how to work with the hardware and software involved. They will have the opportunity to work independently with live tickets in the role, learn how to communicate to other departments and colleagues with industry language, work with other positions to resolve issues and train and complete AZ-900 and MS-900 certification.
Job description:
Network Operations Center (NOC) L1 will take on performing proactive maintenance and management of customer relationships, resolving in real-time IT/Computer issues, maintaining servers, and infrastructure to ensure smooth and steady flow of customer's day-to-day processes. A NOC L1 responds to IT tickets by phone or email, handles escalation requests, responds to outages, and helps implement and explain new technology to customers and their benefits.
