This opportunity offers transitioning service members a structured pathway into a high-demand technical field. With mentorship from seasoned professionals and exposure to real-world projects, participants gain the confidence and skills needed to launch a successful civilian career in industrial maintenance and field service.By the end of the 25-week training program, the trainee will be fully equipped with the technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and safety awareness required to perform the duties of an Overhead Crane Mechanic with minimal direction and effectively.
