What We’re Looking For :Military experience in mechanical, electrical, aviation, facilities maintenance, or similar fields highly valued. Strong hands-on mechanical ability and desire to learn a technical trade. Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime work.
