What You’ll Do: Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC equipment (rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, pumps, boilers, and more)Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Respond to service calls and ensure excellent customer communication. Install and replace HVAC components. Complete work orders and digital documentation. Work safely and efficiently with a team that values accountability and precision. What We’re Looking For :Military experience in mechanical, electrical, aviation, facilities maintenance, or similar fields highly valued. Strong hands-on mechanical ability and desire to learn a technical trade. Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime work. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, pumps, and exhaust systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC issuesInspect, test, and calibrate equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationRespond to service calls in a timely manner and provide professional communication with customersInstall and replace HVAC equipment and components when neededComplete work orders, service tickets, and documentation accuratelyFollow safety procedures and comply with company policies and industry standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicle
