Job description:
Answer incoming phone calls–Address customer needs in a timely manner–Assist the Customer Service Team with Quotes and Orders as required–Return customer calls as necessary–Make out-going phone calls as required to obtain Customer Service information–Expedite all Distribution open Sales Orders–Handle all customer Certification Request–Handle all customer Proof of Delivery–Provide RMAs to Customers–Enter Cases–Assist in covering breaks, lunches, & vacations for the receptionist as required–Attend all trainings and meetings as required to improve customer service, computer, phone competence or any other requirements that would be important to the success as a customer service professional
