Job description:
SkillBridge participants will receive hands-on training and mentorship in various areas of residential real estate and real estate operations. Training objectives include, but are not limited to:• Introduction to residential real estate sales and transaction processes• Real estate market analysis and property valuation fundamentals• Exposure to real estate investing concepts and deal evaluation• Client communication, professionalism, and customer service skills• Understanding contracts, disclosures, and compliance basics• Administrative and operational support within a real estate brokerage• Business development, marketing fundamentals, and CRM utilization• Shadowing licensed professionals during day-to-day operationsParticipants will develop transferable skills such as leadership, communication, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving applicable to civilian employment in real estate or related industries.This position is unpaid and provided solely as a training opportunity under the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program. Participation does not imply employment or endorsement by the Department of Defense.
