The SAP Veterans to Work program functions through 3 key partnerships: St. Michaels Learning Academy (SMLA) provides the employment training and job placement for the Service members. The Army/DOD facilitate the soldiers' availability to receive training while on active duty. The SAP University Alliance Provides live SAP tenant and SAP curriculum for first time learners which is a part of NextGen Initiative.
