Graduates who have not obtained their certification will have one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program to obtain their certification.Preferred experience for a Surgical Tech- 1 year experience as Surgical Technologist in an Operating Room or Ambulatory Surgery Center- Basic Life Support (BLS)
