Job description:
The Transportation Operations Clerk supports the Transportation Manager through the completion of daily administrative and clerical tasks.ResponsibilitiesScans documents into NFI systemPairs scanned documents with corresponding order numbers in SynergizeAssists in payroll data entryWork with drivers and payroll to ensure accurate payment to driversTrack safety performance and trainingAssist with phones and various administrative and clerical duties as needed.Files POD and other paperworkAssists with customer invoicingTrack, maintain, and troubleshoot driver and jockey safety compliance documentsProvide assistance to Transportation Manager, members of the Operations team, and other area teams as needed.
Effective organizational skillsComputer applications experience including MS OfficeExperience in the transportation industry is a plusAbility and availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed by the customer
