About the Role The Construction Manager at Re:Build Optimation leads the safe and successful execution of complex industrial construction, facility modernization, and equipment-installation projects. The role works closely with engineering, fabrication, skilled trades, subcontractors, customers, and operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations. No additional costs or requirements. Training will be conducted on-site with supervision and mentorship provided by Re:Build Optimation.
Eligibility factors:
Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Space Force
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related technical field required.Experience in industrial construction, project execution, operations, engineering, maintenance, or related technical environments.Experience managing industrial construction, facility modernization, capital projects, or equipment installation.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, equipment layouts, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, JHAs, LOTO, and construction-site safety practices.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, costs, risks, quality, labor, and delivery performance.Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors, fabrication teams, customers, and skilled trades, including millwrights, electricians, pipefitters, and welders.Strong project planning, field execution, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and customers.Experience in manufacturing, defense/DIB, capital equipment, or complex industrial environments preferred.Military leadership or experience in construction, engineering, logistics, maintenance, operations, or project/program management is transferable and valued.
