As a Small & Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive Fellow, you will translate your military leadership, operational planning, and execution skills into a high-performing tech sales career: Key Responsibilities: - On-the-Job Experience: Shadow live discovery calls, solution demos, and negotiation sessions with active SMB prospects alongside seasoned Account Executives. - Pipeline Generation: Conduct outbound research, map key decision-makers, and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns. - Pre-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Product Specialists to align Salesforce solutions with customer needs. - Skill & Credential Building: Complete the Sales Foundations Trailhead track and earn recognized Salesforce credentials during designated learning hours. - Milestones & Conversion: Participate in mid-point and final performance check-ins to build a track record toward full-time Account Executive conversion. Schedule:12-week program; Monday–Thursday on-site with host team, Friday dedicated to learning and development. Location & Placement:Fellows are placed with host sales teams across major regional hubs: Atlanta (GA), New York City (NY), San Francisco / Irvine (CA), Chicago (IL), Denver (CO), and Washington, D.C. Specific placement depends on candidate location and host team availability.Flexible enrollment via scheduled cohorts (Jan, May, Aug) or off-cohort Monday starts.
