Job description:
Conduct site safety assessments, audits, and inspections across multiple industriesEvaluate and update Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP) and safety policiesEnsure compliance with Cal/OSHA (Title 8 CCR) and Federal OSHA standardsIdentify hazards and develop corrective action plans with measurable outcomesDeliver safety training (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, workplace violence prevention)Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety programsPerform incident investigations and root cause analysisSupport clients with workers’ compensation loss analysis and risk mitigation strategiesLead or participate in safety committee meetings and client consultationsPrepare professional reports, scorecards, and executive summariesTravel to client job sites and facilities as required
