Here’s a detailed job description for a CAMT:Job Title: Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)Job Summary:The CAMT is responsible for general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within an apartment complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, painting, and appliance maintenance. They ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and appealing and address any resident concerns promptly and efficiently.
