Job description:
1. Provide first tier (customer facing) support on the Oracle Applications products that WBL Solutions has contracted to support a. Consistently provide a positive and friendly attitude (as the face/voice of WBL) in working technical issues with customers b. Enter tickets into any Helpdesk system if required and provide reports on performance c. Meet and/or exceed any Service Level Agreements for support with our partners or direct customers 2. Be willing to learn and support multiple modules and not be locked into only one 3. Participate in either documentation, discovery and/or configuration of any customer application projects 4. Continually improve your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning Products such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, or associated 3rd party solutions
