Conducts comprehensive exterior inspections including roofing, siding, and related componentsAccurately measures roof dimensions and calculates material quantities using field tools and aerial measurement softwareIdentifies necessary repairs or full replacements and documents findings with detailed photo reportsGenerates accurate, itemized cost estimates using AccuLynx CRM and estimating softwarePresents professional proposals to homeowners and guides them through the sales processHandles objections professionally and closes sales ethically using company-approved techniquesAssists homeowners through the insurance claims process from inspection through approvalServes as the primary liaison between the homeowner and the production teamMaintains accurate customer records and tracks all interactions in AccuLynxUpholds OSHA 10 safety standards during all field inspections and job site visits
We are primarily based in Northfield NJ. Our sales teams cover all of southern New Jersey from Cherry hill to Toms River to Cape May.
