Job description:
- Responsibilities include building financial models, writing research reports, conducting macroeconomic analysis on global energy, materials, and industrial businesses, communicating our team's ideas to institutional investors, and conducting due diligence.- Self-starter: used to working in a team environment and has the ambition to progress his/her career within institutional investing.Conduct analysis- Make Investment Recommendations- Interact with Investment Partners- Arrange company visits and regular management contact for investing clients and due diligence purposes- Attend industry conferences and speak to industry contacts- Track company events and earnings- Develop financial models and valuation techniques- Establish yourself as an expert- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Massif Capital, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
The position is in-person only and based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
