Our program prepares individuals to excel in the manufacturing industry by providing comprehensive training and certifications in critical areas. Graduates of this program possess the technical skills and knowledge to pursue a variety of roles across the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, experience, making them valuable assets to any organization.
a. All our programs include career readiness services coupled with local and national job placement support. Participants will engage with industry partners each week through both virtual and in-person experiences designed to support their post-military career placement. As part of the program, they will attend weekly Heroes Connect virtual events from the classroom and participate in on-site facility tours. These interactions offer valuable exposure to leading manufacturers—allowing participants to learn who they are, what they do, and the roles and opportunities available.
