Key responsibilities include:• Production Support: Assist in the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.• Technology Implementation: Support the implementation of state-of-the-art processing technology for materials and techniques used in tooling, part fabrication, and assembly.• Supply Chain Assistance: Aid in optimizing supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective production.• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.• Human Resources Support: Assist in HR activities related to staffing, training, and employee relations to maintain a productive workforce.The role is designed to support and drive various aspects of production and operational improvements, aligning with the company’s goals for efficiency and profitability.
