Job description:
Azimuth Corporation is seeking a talented Operations /FSO Professional to join our Headquarters office team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial business operations support in addition to serving as the on-site FSO for Azimuth, assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of security procedures required by the NISPOM. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following: Operations Support: Intranet administrator for content and employee access Create/update pdf fillable forms and post to intranet as necessary Manage phones through Blended Technologies Microsoft 365 administration of all active employees Administer and track PII training Adobe account manager Facility Security Support: Administer Defense Information for Security System (DISS) activity. Responsible for on boarding of new employees at multiple sites, inclusive of issuing badges, providing security training and training for site security protocols, guiding new employees through clearance request processes, and reading employees into programs Responsible for security exit plans, debriefing and badge collection for employees leaving the company Manage cleared personnel access Develop and conduct required Government security training as well as training against company policies and procedures Maintain Secret level Closed Areas; perform regular reviews and audits of access logs and Closed Areas to ensure compliance with policies and customer/Government requirements Determine need for export license of electronic devices and data for foreign travel, and process requests for approval as needed Interpret security regulations and apply them to create and update company policies/procedures that meet the needs of the business and align with NISPOM Act as the primary point of contact with DCSA, other Government agencies and customers to ensure security compliance, including audit requirements Provide support during the proposal process by reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, completing security questionnaires, DD 254 forms, and writing proposal content that relates to security requirements Manage the security aspects of contracts/subcontracts for classified programs Review contractual documents as part of the contract review and acceptance process to ensure consistent application of security requirements Responsible for reviewing and approving visitor requests, badging (if needed) and escorting visitors, as needed (customers, subcontractors, maintenance personnel, vendors, etc.)Manage cleared facilities from the construction phase, accreditation, operations, and decertification in compliance with the appropriate Government agencies Conduct self-inspections and preparations related to DSCA assessments and Government customer annual VGSA audits Protect classified information, monitor security procedures, ensure compliance with all aspects of the personnel and physical security programs Obtain governmental and company credentials Act as the POC for all collateral and SCI personnel actions Maintain NISS facility clearance documentation Manage adverse information reporting, administrative inquiries, foreign travel (pre and post briefings), foreign contact, and suspicious contact reporting Develop and present NISPOM-required security briefings and contract/topic specific briefings as needed Lead the Insider Threat Working Group (ITWG) as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) and ensure the ITP meets DCSA requirements Manage classified document control functions Conduct inventories as needed and train staff on proper marking and handling procedures Maintain proficiency in DISS, JPAS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP, DSWAN, COMSEC, and other systems as necessary Ensure proper management/safeguarding of COMSEC equipment and serve as the primary COMSEC account custodian Work closely with IT and business POCs to ensure RMF requirements are met Prepare reports and presentations for all levels of management, customer, government, and representatives. Minimum Qualifications3+ years of FSO/facility/personnel security experience. Bachelor’s Degree (4+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team. Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills. Active Top Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications Proven experience with successful Facility Security inspections Previous COMSEC experience Security professional certification SCI Eligibility CDSE (Center for Development of Security Excellence) Training Physical Requirements / Travel Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer. May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
