Customer service - assist and accept payment from customers; check inventory; utilize the pos accurately.Plant care - learn which plants are hearty in our region; how to care for plants and diagnose basic maladies.Landscaping - learn what grows where per shade and watering situation; how to properly plant for longevity; how to dig the rocky terrain of our area; how to calculate how much soil, mulch, rock will be needed for a job; how to bid a job.Back Office - how to decide what and when to order; manage expenses; understand all the details of cash flow, taxes, employees, insurance, equipment.
