Summary description:
Our SB program is designed to create opportunities within the blue-collar contracting space. Through organic positions (hiring for existing roles) to those created through acquisition (as we continue looking for other businesses to acquire), we will have opportunities to meet any skillset for a dedicated veteran interested in the industry. We will also provide ancillary training and coaching to ensure both a smooth transition and a running start. Primarily, we have opportunities for HVAC and Electrical contractor positions (to include the certification and the job after training is complete), company leadership roles (include for entrepreneurial-minded professionals looking to run a small business), and other positions within the specialty contractingsector.
