Associate Management consultants have the opportunity to participate in the Associate Career Development Program, which is a thorough training curriculum that teaches general skills that help transition to professional environment, skills that support strong consulting performance, and Jabian offerings and methodologies that form the foundation for many client projects. Jabian Offerings: 80 hours (2 weeks)Jabian offerings and methodologies that form the foundation for many projects Strategic Planning BPAP3MHCMCX Mock Client Situation: 40 hours (1 week)The Mock Client Situation will incorporate key skills into a real-world scenario that requires Associate teams to develop an approach and strategy, complete analysis, and present recommendations. Approach: Associate will be presented a mock scenario requiring: Project planning, Strategic thinking, Data and process analysis, Executive messaging and presentation Expected Outcomes. The mock client situation will be designed to: Assess Associates’ proficiency with core skills, Highlight the team-based approach to consulting Internal Role: 240 hours (6 weeks)Opportunity to develop professional, core consulting, and Jabian-specific skills in a controlled environment to allow for continued learning, while also providing a meaningful role early into the Associates’ time with the firm. Supported Client Role: 480 hours (12 weeks)Associates will join team-based client-delivery projects and receive continued support from their Onboarding Buddy, Career Developer, and Project Manager to assist in their transition to client-delivery, understanding, and development.
