Job description:
This position will directly lead the team to deliver new products from design to prototype to production and work with individual manufacturing and development groups to determine strategic plans for new part development, cost reduction, and profitability. You will bring leadership, business acumen and energy to support the development of the manufacturing capabilities critical to support the growth of business. Motivate change, mentor young minds, and oversee all development activities of the engineering group and the ability to teach forward thinking.
