Job description:
The Crosby’s Store Leadership SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with a structured, hands-on training experience designed to prepare participants for a Team Leader (Store Manager) role.Participants will progress through Crosby’s established training framework, gaining experience in store operations, customer service, team supervision, inventory management, compliance, safety procedures, and day-to-day business operations. Training includes job shadowing, guided learning, operational training modules, and progressively increased leadership responsibilities.The program is designed to build the skills and competencies necessary to independently lead retail store operations within a fast-paced convenience store environment. Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment opportunities with Crosby’s following program completion, based on performance and business needs.
Interest in leadership development, retail operations, and team management within a customer-focused environment. Willingness to train at various regional locations.

District 1 Stores are located in Lockport, Ransomville, Lewiston, North Tonawanda, Gasport, Middleport. Additional opportunities are available throughout designated New York and Pennsylvania regions based on training location availability and projected hiring needs.
