Job description:
Dispatch and check in student renter, charter, scenic, photo and discovery airplane flights in accordance with company policies and procedures. Answer, manage and route multi-line phone, voicemail and paging systems. Scheduled ground instruction and flights associated with Charter, flight training, renter pilots, scenic and photo flights. Stock vending machines, navigational charts, showcases, brochures, flight school and renter pilot printed materials and handouts; prepare renter and student enrollment folders. Data entry, i.e. new student/renter enrollment

Minimum 12 months' work experience, with 6 months performed in a professional office environment. Excellent customer service skills, aviation knowledge helpful, dispatching skill desired. High school diploma or GED, 2-year degree or equivalent, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
