The program operates on a structured weekly rotation comprised of four core learning channels: Sunday Gatherings (main auditorium production), Wednesday Youth Gatherings (assistant leadership and distinct team environments), Mid-week Operations (assistant volunteer coordination and asset maintenance), and Coursework Progression (25 structured online modules). All activities are conducted under the direct supervision of the Campus Pastor and designated Technical Mentors.
Job description:
Core training duties include:Live Event Production Assistance: Practicing live audio mixing, network lighting execution, multimedia presentations, and broadcast streaming workflows under the side-by-side oversight of a producer.Assistant Team Administration: Assisting staff with the onboarding, scheduling, and technical coaching of a volunteer production team utilizing Planning Center Online (PCO).Systems Engineering Support: Collaborating with senior technical team to learn signal path diagnostic frameworks and assist with hardware/software upgrades for campus A/V infrastructure.Project Logistics Support: Assisting staff coordinators with equipment packing protocols, vehicle transit packing layouts, temporary infrastructure setups, and technical strikes for multi-day camp events.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Shadowing leadership team meetings, participating in technical debriefs, and assisting with future event logistical planning.
