Oversee the maintenance and accountability of equipment and resources.Oversee the unit's administrative functions, including personnel management, awards, and decorations. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Counsel and mentor subordinate leaders. Assist the CO in addressing personnel issues and resolving conflicts.
