Job description:
Assist the CO in developing and implementing the unit's strategic plan. Translate the CO's intent into actionable plans and directives. Monitor progress toward goals and objectives, providing timely feedback and adjustments. Coordinate the unit's daily operations and activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Supervise staff sections and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Manage the unit's schedules, calendars, and suspense dates. Oversee the maintenance and accountability of equipment and resources.Oversee the unit's administrative functions, including personnel management, awards, and decorations. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Counsel and mentor subordinate leaders. Assist the CO in addressing personnel issues and resolving conflicts.
