Job description:
Trainees who complete our one to six month Skillbridge training program are offered sponsorship to become an independent contractor and REALTOR® with JBGooodwin REALTORS®. After completion of the training program, agent partners are well equipped to begin their full time career as a REALTOR with our team, have already developed a core database, have begun networking to develop consistent business, and have the skills to handle real estate client needs. Our trainees begin training with our new agent, Square One, training with live courses with instructors from 0900 to 1300 daily followed by workshops from 1330 to 1700 to implement the skills learned in Square One. Following Square One, agents participate in Momentum Coaching to learn business building skills such as database development, presenting to buyers and sellers, developing new home buyer's seminars, building property knowledge, marketing material development, geofarming, and more. Each week, trainees also participate in weekly sales meetings and several Next Level Training sessions for skill building and business development. The extensive training programs combine to be a full time 0900 to 1700 Monday through Friday training program for up to a six month period.
