Job description:
Rotation Summaries: Supply Chain Management Rotation (2 months)• Support Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) supply chain process by interfacing with key customer contacts during weekly planning meetings.• Analyze weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify sales target status, drive product manufacturing, and ensure timely fulfillment of delivery to achieve sales plans, product development, and strategic product launches.• Manage system-based tools such as GSCM, SAP and SMART that provide real-time information regarding sales, order forecast, and channel inventory; extract data to conduct channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.• Provide daily/weekly updates of product arrival schedules from factories and against customer delivery commitments. Reviewing and identifying variances compared to outstanding sales orders and forecasts, in order to plan for future product availability and inventory.• Monitor performance on weekly/quarterly KPIs to identify exception cases and analyze those metrics for potential process improvements to drive operational efficiency.• As needed periodic communication with headquarters (RM and GOC Teams) and internal cross-functional teams and handle escalation on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management.• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment.Business Management Rotation (2 months)• Prepares program budgets, forecast project plans, expenditures, and other related reports to identify performance and successful achievement of objectives • Develops interactive dashboards to support the MDF rolling forecast• Prepares budget-related requests for financial data and performs ad-hoc analysis and performing Y0Y analysis• Performs monthly, quarterly, and yearly variances analysis, ensuring meeting +/- 5% forecast accuracy• Prepares weekly and monthly reporting to track and validate payments to resolve discrepancies and to support project closure on time• Deliver reporting and analytics to a variety of key business stakeholders, utilizing appropriate data to create actionable spending plans effectively• Fosters strong business partnerships with Sales finance, Channel Marketing, Procurement, and AP teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment, including sharing best practices across divisions Retail Operations Rotation (2 months)• Support sales programs including large/medium programs and small sales programs• Support vendor relationships • GTM kitting support; Field Sales Manager and direct to store kits • Support iconic launches – readiness plans for assets and GTM items, launch reporting • In-store marketing support for key initiatives Minimum Qualifications• A Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years’ experience preferably in finance, business, or supply chain management; MBA and/or Technical Degree preferred• Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry requiring management of finance, logistics, distribution, program management, and/or business planning, or equivalent work experience in planning, finance, or operations• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels• Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, sometimes based on vaguely defined objectivesDesired Characteristics:• Constantly curious, leading by example to ensure research, insights and data analytics drives our understanding of the customer and their needs• A passionate customer advocate• Self-starter, high level of energy, motivation and ability to work independently or within a group • Challenges the status quo, never settles and drives, innovates to find a better way
