Job description:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools. • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. • Conduct market mapping and identify talent within targeted industries, companies, and geographic regions. • Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates for future hiring needs. • Support diversity sourcing initiatives to broaden candidate pipelines. Candidate Engagement• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement. • Qualify candidates against position requirements and organizational needs. • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective candidates throughout the sourcing process. • Present qualified candidates to recruiters for further consideration. Market Intelligence• Research labor market trends, competitor hiring activity, compensation trends, and talent availability. • Provide recruiting teams and hiring managers with talent market insights to support hiring strategies. • Recommend sourcing approaches based on market conditions. Employer Branding• Promote Intuitive Machines' mission, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. • Represent the company through networking events, career fairs, university recruiting events, military transition programs, and professional organizations. Recruiting Operations• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics. • Assist with recruiting campaigns and hard-to-fill searches. • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
