Job description:
Demonstrate Program Management approaches to schedule, documentation, and project deliverables through notional exercises, e.g. basic understanding of defense contracting and contract designs, Federal Acquisition Regulations, program management and quality control plans, mock reports, etc.• Analyze Project Work Statements and Flight and Ground Operating Procedures and identify risks, constraints and dependencies that impact operations and/or deliverables.• Coordinate and manage customer expectation models through notional, scenario-based vignettes that relate to components of strategic planning; resource allocation; coordination of human resources, finance/cost, and contracts/subcontracts; leadership approaches; services methodology and staffing/resource coordination.• Develop and demonstrate problem-solving skills, negotiation techniques, cross-functionality, and conflict resolution with mentors/trainers.• Evaluate challenges, impacts, and changes and demonstrate ability to adjust plans and milestones to changing priorities and/or customer requirements through hands-on exercises and assignments
