Daily Crew Briefings: Inform crews of job tasks and expectations each day.Enforce Standards: Ensure MAVEN and manufacturer installation standards are met.Customer Service: Maintain high standards in all customer interactions.Project Coordination: Manage and complete two projects at a time.Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly.Recruit & Train Crews: Hire skilled laborers and provide necessary training.Safety & Compliance: Uphold OSHA and checklist standards.Prospecting & Referrals: Identify leads, secure referrals, and strive for 5-star reviews.Finalize Jobs: Collect payments and sign-offs.
