We currently have multiple openings for Lathe and CNC Machinists to join our Sweetwater, TX team. The Lathe and CNC Machinists are responsible for the production of precision machining and assembly equipment.

Perform all aspects of CNC machine operation, including cutting and finishing parts.Ensure proper tooling is used with precision tools such as saws, mills, etc.Inspects machinery for any needed repairs; perform minor repairs within expertise.Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area.Maintain accurate records for quality control checks on equipment.Comply with company and industry safety standards and regulations.Performs other related duties as assigned

Must be proficient in the use of CNC machines.Vocational / technical school training or apprenticeship preferred.Minimum (2) two years of experience with CNC machined parts and/or manufacturing, or equivalent combination of education and training (either directly or through an accredited program)Ability to operate various types of machine tools to perform progressive machining.Ability to read blueprints, plans, and designs.Ability to follow instructions.Excellent mechanical skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail a must.Prolonged periods of standing and bending required.Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
