To respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, urban rescue and other calls to protect life and property; to participate in fire prevention and training; and to maintain the fire station and firefighting equipment.

Application Prerequisites: EMT National Registry Certification (NREMT) or CA state EMT or paramedic license and Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification. Once the application is accepted, the Camp Pendleton Fire Department will schedule an interview with eligible candidates. If selected to participate and with approval from respective command staff, candidates would begin participating in the Camp Pendleton Fire Department Intern SkillBridge program through the end of their enlistment.
