Responsibilities Managing a dashboard of Buys available for bid on the marketplace Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers for government contracts Educating customers as they use the marketplace Troubleshooting user difficulties via phone and email Obtaining and documenting customer feedback Utilizing and creating reports via business intelligence tools Building external client relationships and coordinating with internal teamsQualifications Experience in delivering quality customer service in a high-volume environment Interest in e-commerce, procurement, government industries Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work well within a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail, work ethic, initiative, and self-motivation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent
