A Manufacturing Team Leader provides operational and technical leadership and support in one or several manufacturing specialties, including but not limited to operations, engineering, reliability, and maintenance. Manufacturing Leaders support and lead the journey to Operational & Reliability Excellence. They are responsible for converting strategic and operational plans into action. They work across functional lines, build collaborative relationships, and help define company culture on the floor.

BS or BA prefered, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
