The DoD SkillBridge Internship is an opportunity for Service Members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training for Sales Positions during the last 180 days of service. For Service members, this opportunity provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. This Internship would allow candidates to participate in a learning Internship designed around training into a potential full-time opportunity of a role like the one in the description listed below. DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from ADS, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
Job description:
EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITES Master how your Military experience and background translate into a rewarding civilian career. Train with various Sales Departments/Teams career that you have interest in pursuing upon separation from active duty. Gain hands-on knowledge and experience with Industry Trade Show set-up/preparation. Build experience and competency amongst your Sales Teams during your time at ADS. Expand your professional network of contacts. Gain familiarity with corporate culture.
