The purpose of the MMN SkillBridge program is to identify, train, and equip transitioning military for jobs in vocational ministry in partnering churches and ministries. One specialized focus is on training transitioning military for organized military ministry in partnering churches, especially those located in military communities. Our program also educates churches on the strategic value of employing transitioning military in vocational ministry and particularly, vocational military ministry. Churches provide a large army of compassion to address the unique needs and challenges of veterans, Service members, and their families.
