Job description:
Participants in the Military Transition Program – Real Estate Sales & Agent Development will receive structured training and mentorship within a high-performing residential real estate organization. Training includes onboarding, CRM systems, lead management, communication development, role-play exercises, shadowing opportunities, workflow systems, customer relationship management, marketing exposure, buyer presentation preparation, transaction process exposure, and business development activities.Participants may also pursue Virginia real estate pre-licensing education independently during the program. No licensed real estate activities will be conducted until licensure is independently obtained in accordance with Virginia law and DPOR regulations.
Participants are responsible for independently completing any applicable Virginia real estate licensing coursework, examinations, fees, registrations, and DPOR requirements outside of the SkillBridge training program.
