Human Resources Job Description: • Responsible for creating various internal materials aimed at onboarding, training and SOPs • Responsible for maintaining the company Org Chart • Responsible for sourcing and screening new talent • Responsible for managing an email inbox and correspondence via phone • Responsible for the organization of storage drives that harbor forms, datasets, and other documents needed for internal use • Responsible for the documentation and organization of various processes into Asana • Responsible for conducting various supervision audits
