Summary description:
A Manager of Keystone Shooting Center will be responsible for running all functions of our facility to include the retail store, online sales, training department, and indoor range. The KSC General Manager will oversee all operations of KSC including development of policies and procedures, inventory management, and all aspects of the management of employees. The manager will promote the store by developing and overseeing in-store promotions, sales and advertising, and will ensure that the facility is performing to its maximum potential. Our goal is to provide the finest shooting experience in the country. The manager will report directly to the General Manager of Keystone Shooting Center.
Job description:
Responsible for the overall operation, supervision and success of the facility.The safety of all customers and employees.Training and cross training of all employees.Manage retail, training, range operations, and staff.Hire, train, and motivate employees. Create employee incentive and evaluation systems.Responsible for staffing and ensuring payroll is aligned with operations and budget.Ensuring proper scheduling for opening and closing of store.Work to meet all sales targets, plan store sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.POS and inventory management: Responsible for overall ordering and merchandising of the store, including merchandise mix, and pricing strategies to meet profitability goals.Determine and refine marketing strategy by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales results. Tailor merchandise and pricing to enhance results.Drive profitability by ensuring that we have key programs to attract and retain members, including VIP and Corporate memberships.Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Maintenance, Security, Cleanliness and Care of the Facility.Updating and maintaining SOPs and policies.
