The Military Intake & Pathways Advisor SkillBridge program prepares a transitioning service member to receive, assess, guide, and coordinate support for service members, veterans, Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and other military-connected individuals entering the Battle Tested ecosystem. The trainee learns to look beyond a resume or immediate job request. Through structured intake, needs assessment, military-to-civilian translation, pathway selection, documentation, and follow-through, the trainee develops the judgment required to determine whether an individual should be connected to one or more of Battle Tested’s three pathways.
Military Intake Pathways Advisor serves as the primary entry point for service members, veterans, Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and other military-connected individuals seeking support through Battle Tested. This person will conduct structured intake conversations, understand each individual’s experience, goals, challenges, and immediate needs, and determine which part of Battle Tested can best support them: ● Battle Tested Placement ● Battle Tested USA ● Battle Tested Foundation ● A coordinated pathway involving two or all three organizations This is not simply an administrative intake position. The Military Intake & Pathways Advisor will build relationships, assess needs, provide direction, make informed internal referrals, and ensure each individual receives a clear and supported next step.
