Summary description:
Operations Analyst/Critical Infrastructure Specialist supporting a Regional Operations Team in CISA IOD. Assists the Regional Leadership in supporting field staff mission support capabilities and coordination with FSLTT officials responsible for critical infrastructure protection. Provides and ensures analytic and operational mission support services to CISA operational personnel throughout the Region, to include operational research and analysis, routine and incident management activities reporting, administrative project management and special events support, and geospatial analysis and product development. As a member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Regional team, you will gain hands on experience as part of a diverse, talented, and highly motivated group of professionals continuing the CISA mission of securing the nation's critical infrastructure. Students will participate in a 151–180-day program where they will learn and leverage the tools, tactics, and procedures employed by CISA’s Regional Service Delivery Model program.

Assists the Regional Leadership in supporting field staff mission support capabilities and coordination with FSLTT officials responsible for critical infrastructure protection. Provides and ensures analytic and operational mission support services to CISA operational personnel throughout the Region, to include operational research and analysis, routine and incident management activities reporting, administrative project management and special events support, and geospatial analysis and product development. Contributes to the CISA Regional Operations (OPS) core functions. Core OPS functions include tracking, reporting, serving as an information hub and clearing house, and maintaining critical data and information for regional personnel. Provides and ensures analytic and operational mission support services to CISA operational personnel in the Region, including operations analysis; project management, incident management, and special event (i.e. NSSE and SEAR) support, geospatial analysis and product development, and subject matter expertise on CISA operational technology, tools, data, etc..
