Intern duties include: - Participate in the design of an improved IT and Content Management Architecture that addresses:o World Class Web Presenceo Enterprise Resource Planning/Management (Process Flow)o Customer Relationship Managemento Secure and Preserve the IT Systems and Content resident therein- Design and bring online a new, likely interim, Company website- Prepare to Implement the improved IT/Content architecture:o Work with Staff to ensure understanding what IT/Content facilitates their work process(es)o Prepare to Procure, Install and Configure appropriate workstations, server, etc.o Assist in assembling and drafting applicable guidance and associated tutorials necessary for efficient use IT and Content use by M2 Federal Staff.o Identify cost-effective onsite and offsite training and training materials- Maintain the existing IT and Content Architectureo new employee training, to include employee posting to websiteo Trouble calls and troubleshooting during normal working hourso Track IT equipment, licenses and version management- Keep abreast of latest IT developments and make Staff aware of value-added advances.
NOTE: The goal is an Intern learn the Company, have some impact through minor IT/Content fixes—e.g., the Company website—and take the lead in planning the Company’s “next generation” IT/Content Architecture and a proprietary software application the Intern will help develop as a full-time M2 Federal IT Manager

Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated IT/Content experience - Valid driver's license and ability to drive to various job and training sites - Pass a criminal, government facility and possibly a medical screening check necessary to receive a Federal Government Contractor Access Card. NOTE: M2 Federal does NOT perform “classified” work. While possessing a DOD Security Clearance is a plus, there is no requirement for a classified information security clearance. - Moderate Good Health., defined by: - Mobility. Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; use hands and fingers to handle and feel; ability to reach with hands and arms; Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, - Vision. Ability to see written text and drawings and distinguish small objects - Hearing. Ability to hear and speak in normal tones at meetings*Preferred Qualifications*- Honorable Discharge or Retirement from the Military. - IT/Content Administration and Supervision during military deployments overseas- IT/Content Certificates and Accreditations- Interest in, or possessing, an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science- Experience writing computer application code/routines
