Job description:
Under the supervision of a Tactical Officer (GS-12) and the Commandant of Midshipmen’s Office, you will:• Assist in administering regimental training, discipline, and leadership programs• Mentor midshipmen in military customs, professional conduct, and leadership• Monitor academic and disciplinary performance in coordination with faculty• Support training development and execution• Assist in maintaining barracks standards, safety, and readiness• Facilitate drill, honor code processes, intramurals, and leadership selection boards• Serve as a visible, daily role model for future officers
This SkillBridge opportunity may offer the potential for non-competitive conversion to a permanent position for eligible veterans under applicable hiring authorities.
